Hello Betty, Could you shed some light on who or what department this number belongs to? I've also been instructed to reach out to it today, as I was informed that my account has been 'restricted'. This is in relation to a new claim, and despite having received my award letter, I'm quite puzzled by the situation. When I probed the operator for more information, they merely directed me to the number without providing any further clarity. It's quite strange because, in the past, I've managed to get more detailed information through the 0345 300 3900 number. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

I received this number from the tax credit office due to a blockage on my account. Unfortunately, the helpline is unable to provide any information. I have a hunch that this might be linked to Concentrix.
