I found out that my personal landline number was somehow used to ring this number (0345300000) a few times without me knowing. I ended up getting charged for those calls and had to get in touch with my phone company about it. It happened three times, no idea how.

Got a text today from this number saying I’d added a new payee on my account, matching the last 4 digits they gave. They told me to call back to verify if it was legit. Weird thing was, the message was attached to a proper notification from Lloyds about my trust card. Rang up Lloyds fraud team and they said it’s a scam. Be careful!

I've been receiving texts telling me that a new contact has been added to my account ending in something. I didn’t trust it, so I deleted the messages and gave Lloyd's a ring to check if everything was alright. Turns out, it was a scam.

This number kept calling me loads, sometimes it was private. A couple weeks back someone hacked my Lloyd's account, and now I reckon this number's another trick those scammers use to try and get into your account. Be careful!

So, I got a call this morning around 11, some bloke said he was from Lloyds Bank and even called me 'Miss Jennifer'. He asked how my day was going, which made me a bit suspicious. Then he started mentioning the start of my card number, and I just cut the call straight away. I rang Lloyds afterwards just to be sure, and they confirmed it wasn’t them.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Lloyds Bank's fraud department. She told me there were suspicious charges from places like Uber and EE. Apparently, these transactions weren't showing up in my banking app because they had frozen them. They had my sort code and account number and used a phone number that looked almost exactly like Lloyds Bank's official one. Watch out, this is definitely a scam.

They never told me their name but claimed to be from Lloyds bank, saying loads of money was taken from my account. When I said I’d check my online banking, they insisted it wouldn't appear since they supposedly blocked the payment. I kept asking for their name but they refused to say. After I ended the call, they rang me back twice.

This has all the hallmarks of a scam. The phone number was just a single digit different from Lloyds Bank. The caller claimed to be from Lloyds’ fraud team and wanted me to log into my bank account while they stayed on the line. I immediately ended the call - don’t fall for it!

Definitely a scam! They rang me from a withheld number and spoke with a very clear English accent, which made it sound legit. They even knew some details about me, like where I live now and before, plus my bank info. But when they tried to say my account was under investigation and money needed to be transferred, I told them no chance. I asked if I could call back and requested their number to check if it matched the bank’s fraud line. They gave me 0345300000 - total scam, no doubt about it.

Got a call on my mobile from a faint-sounding English woman. When I asked who was calling, there was no answer - just my own voice echoing back. I waited a bit, but still no reply, so I ended the call. Tried ringing the number back and got nothing but the disconnected tone. This feels like a scam to me, especially since my credit card was cloned a few days ago. Lloyds Fraud Team has already dealt with it and cancelled my card. Watch out for this number - it pretends to be Lloyds, but it definitely isn’t! Just block it and make sure you ring your bank directly.

These lot are proper scammers linked to some big fraud scheme. Best not to share any info and just block their number straight away. The cops and fraud authorities are already tracking them. Just avoid any contact. They’ll get caught for sure and face the consequences. Only lowlife crooks pull this kind of stunt. Absolute thieves.

Watch out for the number 0345300000, it’s a fake Lloyd’s bank scam. The proper number on the back of a Lloyd’s card has an extra 0 that this one doesn’t. I got tricked by this on 30/10/20. Seriously, stay alert and never share your bank info or send cash to anyone calling.

This guy claimed to be calling from the bank, but I wasn’t buying it. When I called him out, he got all flustered and quite aggressive. I called him a scammer straight up, and he just snapped back with something like, “We’ll see when your money disappears.” Definitely doesn’t sound like how a legit bank employee would talk. I saw some nice reviews here, but I’m pretty sure those are just fake posts from the fraudster trying to cover their tracks.

This was definitely a scam, so don’t share any info with them. I got caught up in the same thing and only noticed after hanging up. I rang my bank, Lloyds, and they told me they never called me.
