There was this "can you hear me now" scam call I got the other day, and they kept wanting me to say "yes" so I'd unknowingly agree to some dodgy deal or subscription. The bloke on the other end had pretty bad English, so I just told him straight up what I thought about the whole thing.

called direct line about home insurance claims and found the process quite smooth. was a bit worried at first but they guided me through everything pretty clearly. definitely helped me sort my claim without much hassle. would recommend them if you need home insurance sorted.
