I’ve noticed on my Sky bill that I’ve apparently made several calls to this number, and they’re all showing charges. Thankfully, they’ve been under a quid each, but it’s still rather annoying and doesn’t seem fair at all.

Every now and then, I notice on my SKY phone bill that I'm being charged for several calls to this particular number. Interestingly, it also lists multiple instances where I've supposedly contacted SKY using this same number, yet those calls show no charges. The thing is, I haven’t phoned SKY on this number at all. I've reached out to SKY regarding this issue, and they're supposed to follow up with me soon.
