I received a call supposedly from the technical team at Virgin Media. The chap claimed he needed to alter the IP address linked to my account due to someone allegedly attempting to breach it. He was quite keen to share his information, which I noted down. However, upon reaching out to my actual account provider, they informed me that there was no record of any call made to me. It’s safe to assume it was a scam, so be wary!
