About six weeks ago, the maintenance folks rang up trying to pitch a "better satellite cover deal". I made it clear then that my mum was already covered and asked them to take her off their list. Yet today, they gave my sister a call and tried to push the same offer on her, even though she had no idea what had happened before! Proper annoying.
