Got a call from an Indian call centre pretending to be British Gas. They asked for my meter’s serial number, but I knew we don’t deal with any suppliers separately since it’s included in our rental deal. Beware, they try to switch your supplier behind your back!

Got a call from someone pretending to be British Gas, claiming my electricity contract was ending this week and needed renewing. Problem is, my contract isn’t even with them and definitely not expiring anytime soon. Total scam if you ask me!
