Got a robocall from Virgin Media’s retention team, trying one last time to keep me. If you don’t say anything quickly, it just hangs up to save their staff money, totally ignoring your time. I rang 03450450592 to ask them to stop calling me and the guy rudely told me to call them instead, but then said they’d take me off the list. Then I phoned their customer service on the 033 number to block calls from that number, but they said there’s no record of outgoing calls and claimed it’s not a Virgin Media number. Very confusing!

Just finished with Virgin, the same old rubbish - terrible service, lies, and appalling support. Can't stand these Indian call centres anymore, and then being told on Twitter to just fill out some online form. Funny how no manager ever calls back to fix things, yet they’ve got loads of people trying to keep you as a customer. Bit late for that now. Say hi to the bearded prat for me as well.

Virgin. Ended my contract with them just last night after waiting nearly 50 minutes to speak to someone. I was paying £84 a month for rubbish service and at first they tried to drop the price by a mere £2. But when I finally got to the cancellations dept, they were ready to knock off £30 a month 😡 that’s just disgraceful!
