Heads up, there’s been some dodgy calls pretending to be from SSE Energy, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo. They’re using fake numbers to ring up businesses, so be careful and don’t share any personal info with them.

Called me claiming they were from my energy company at first, then halfway through, suddenly they said they were from the Home Office. Total scam, can’t believe they think people fall for that. What a joke, proper losers.

Got a call from them about my electric, claiming National Grid could assist. I called NG myself a few months back and they said no way. Total scam, honestly stay well away from these lot!

Some bloke said he was calling from Windows, but I wasn’t convinced at all. I kept chatting with him for about 10 minutes, then he just hung up on me after getting pretty rude.

He got really rude when I told him I wasn’t a company. Kept saying I was wasting his time. Honestly, he was pretty hard to follow as well.

Some bloke calling claiming he was from SSE. Before that, I had a similar call from some lot saying they were from National Power, offering to cut business costs. Total con artists working as a team. The line was awful and the guy spoke with a funny accent. I told him to bugger off, but they keep ringing. If they call again, I’m seriously thinking of reporting them to the cops. I’m well and truly fed up with these lot.

total scam. i told him i dont have any contract and my bills are up to date, he just called me a bastard out of nowhere. when i asked why he said it, he said i would have scammed u u bas#ard and then just hung up on me. good thing i recorded the call.

I called sse and spoke with an english-speaking operator who then transferred me to someone with a foreign accent about smart meter installation. I’m still not fully sure it’s legit, even though I did find the number on google.

Terrible connection and this bloke with a foreign accent claimed he was from my electricity provider??? Not buying it.

I got a call from someone trying to sell me gas and electric services. When I told them we work in a space where we don't handle the gas or electricity ourselves, they just ended the call right away. Very rude.

Got two calls from some gas and electric company all within a few minutes of each other. Pretty annoying!
