1 yearGot a call from what said it was Nectar card "help". I rang back straight away cos apparently it was about some fraud thing on my account. When I called, someone picked up right away. If you’re sick of trying to get help from their rubbish customer service, give this number a go. Meanwhile, be quick and use your points before someone else gets their hands on them. The cost of calls is the same as calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02).
