Got a text from this number claiming to be RBS, saying I needed to update my account details after some earlier message. I had no clue what they were on about, so I rang the RBS number printed on my latest bank statement instead. The person I spoke with confirmed all my info was current and told me to send the suspicious text to a special number they provided. My advice: never phone a number you get in a text like that - always use the one on your bank documents.
