Absolute scam alert. Someone called saying I could upgrade my phone with Virgin Media O2 and that there’d be no contract to sign until I’d had the phone for 14 days. I stupidly let them access my O2 account, and they started rattling off my plans and even asked for my bank details. Then they wanted a £2 security deposit to send out the phone. I decided to Google it, and it turned out to be a scam, so I ended the call and rang O2 straight away. While I was on the phone to O2, the scammer called back six times! Honestly, I can't believe I fell for it. Please watch out, everyone!
