I recently got a dodgy letter requesting evidence of my addresses, claiming I've lodged a complaint with someone - which is complete nonsense. There’s a phone number printed on the back that supposedly leads to assistance, but calling it will cost you £10! I did my homework and verified the number before considering it, and it’s nothing but a scam. Definitely steer clear of that!
