Got two letters on Currys official paper about an issue with my payment for their cover plan, asking me to update my bank details. Then another one came saying my plan was cancelled. I called Currys customer service using a different number than the one on the letters, and they told me it’s a scam.

Totally a scam, I reckon it's those Team Knowhow people. Really makes me wonder where they even got my details from!

Got a letter on Currys headed paper with a number on it and a form saying “reinstate your protection today”. They wanted my direct debit and card info - pretty sure it’s a scam. Be careful!

Sounds like someone’s trying to pull a fast one, pretending they’re from Currys PC World. Definitely a dodgy call.
