Got a call from 03447451791 saying they’d made a mistake and charged me £3.00 by accident. Apparently, MCOM Payout is going to refund me, but only if I actually go to a post office to pick it up? Sounds a bit dodgy to me.
MCOM Payout

So, apparently MCOM somehow took some cash from my phone balance by mistake. I didn’t spot it until much later. I didn’t call the number to see what it was about, but I did take the message to the post office. They ended up giving me a £3 refund like it said they would. At this point, I’ve at least matched a name with the number, so I’ll keep an eye out to see if it’s legit or if I need to report it as a scam down the line.

TOTAL SCAM! They're just trying to trick you into giving out your info so they can mug you off. Honestly, they should get what's coming to them.

Got a message saying I'd been charged £3 too much on my phone and they sent a code for a refund. I didn’t bother reaching out and honestly can’t be arsed trekking to the Post Office to pick anything up. I use a pay as you go phone and usually it tells me if my balance changes, but I never got any kind of alert about this!

Got a text from 03447451791 saying I’d signed up for Viva La Voucher and they’re charging me £10 monthly unless I text STOP to 60441. Tried to reply but the message just wouldn’t go through. I never agreed to this! Really frustrating stuff.

I’ve noticed that £1.67 is being deducted from my mobile account on a weekly basis by this number. Could anyone assist me with this issue?

not sure what this was about, got a text saying to reply in order to win some voucher. the message came from 01225 536022, which is a landline so i managed to block it, since my iphone doesn’t allow blocking texts from numbers.

Received a message from the number 60441, so I decided to ring up the helpline mentioned in it. I chatted with a young lady who reassured me that I haven't incurred any costs, and that it was linked to a phone survey I participated in not long ago. It all appears to add up, but I'll keep an eye on my bill just in case... so far, no unexpected charges!

As someone on the autistic spectrum, I often struggle to grasp things the way others might. Last year, I was caught out by LA Voucher, ending up out of pocket by more than £60. My mobile credit kept vanishing without explanation, and I was completely in the dark. Thankfully, my daughter managed to investigate and discovered it was linked to LA Voucher, and she reached out to them on my behalf. I believed the issue had been sorted, but it appears they may have struck again. I'm anxious that my credit could vanish without a trace once more. Why is this sort of thing permitted to happen?

Really dodgy situation, I quickly answered a survey and next thing you know, my number’s been passed around to who knows who. Now I’m getting calls from all sorts of random folks. Total nightmare!

Each time I've received a message from Viva La Voucher, I've noticed an additional £2 fee appears on my phone bill. It took a fair bit of digging by some folks to unravel the situation, but rest assured, I've taken matters into my own hands and blocked the number. It’s not happening again!

I initially assumed this was a follow-up from my doctor's surgery via some sort of agency - but it turns out that's not the case at all. I've gone ahead and left a message, plus I've texted 'STOP' to 60441, which should hopefully have me removed from their list. I'm just a bit curious now if they’ve actually gone ahead and done that.

They said I’ll get a free text later today which I can take to any post office to get my money back. If I need help, I should ring 0344745179. Bit odd if you ask me!

I recently got a rather dubious text from the number 60441 claiming I had won a complimentary makeover and photoshoot. They requested a £50 deposit per session, which would be refunded in full. I ended up parting with £100 for myself and a mate, but alas, I’ve yet to see a penny back. Just a heads-up to everyone-steer clear of any messages or calls from this number; it seems rather fishy!

After finishing a phone survey, I got a message from the number 60441, which I suspect was sent after I unintentionally verified my mobile number. I've found myself in the same boat as many others, receiving incessant messages from this firm. I attempted to block the number, but still ended up with charges on my bill. Fortunately, I reached out to Tesco, my provider, and they were quite accommodating, even finding a contact number for me. They promised to look into blocking that irritating number as well. After speaking with a lovely lady from their team, she assured me that I was now unsubscribed. Yet, wouldn't you know it? I got another text yesterday! Tesco confirmed they had blocked it, but I'm now obsessively monitoring my bill to ensure I won't be hit with any surprise charges. How is it that these companies manage to operate like this? Isn't there any sort of regulation to safeguard consumers? It's absolutely outrageous!

For the past five months, I've racked up a staggering £123 in charges for text messages, and I haven't so much as touched the SIM in the last two months! I sent a text saying "STOP" two months back and yet, the charges keep rolling in. To make matters worse, after I called them and provided my information, I was told a refund was on the cards - but guess what? Not a single penny has landed in my account! Quite frankly, I'm fuming!

I've encountered this 'vivalavoucher' that seems to be draining my wallet at £2 each week, and I can't seem to find a way to halt it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I recently found myself on the receiving end of unsolicited messages from a firm called Viva La Voucher, urging me to text STOP if I wished to opt-out of their service. In my view, these messages are nothing short of spam, so I chose to disregard them. To my dismay, I later discovered on my Vodafone bill that they had taken £2 a week from my account. I promptly reached out to Vodafone, and thankfully, they’ve blocked both this number and any other third-party charges from my bill. Fingers crossed that this puts an end to all of it. Additionally, I dialled the number for Viva La Voucher, making it clear that I would involve the authorities if they didn’t take steps to unsubscribe me. I certainly never signed up for any voucher-related service.

I've fallen victim to this scam as well; it seems their only aim is to get hold of our cash! I contacted a helpline at 0344 745 1791, and to my relief, they assured me that any further messages from Viva LA Voucher would cease within 48 hours. Here’s hoping they keep their word!

I’ve been noticing an irritating charge of £1.99 popping up on my mobile bill nearly every other day, related to some so-called Premium and Information services. I reached out to O2, my phone service provider, but all they did was pass me off to the Phone Regulatory Agency without lifting a finger to help with the charges. I certainly never consented to anything involving this third-party service, and I’m adamant about getting my cash back. This feels like a bit of a swindle, and it’s clear O2 couldn’t be less interested in resolving the issue. It’s rather unsettling, to say the least. Because of their complete lack of assistance, I’ve decided it’s time to take my business elsewhere and leave O2 behind.

Got a text out of the blue thanking me for finishing a phone survey, which I've never done, then asking me to text back "voucher" to confirm my number with some dodgy link like vivalavoucheri###. I received a rather peculiar message on my Tesco mobile, prompting me to reply with the word “Voucher”. It seems the only way they managed to obtain my details was through a form I filled out to supposedly win a mobile, which claimed to be linked to Virgin. It stated that, as a valued customer, I had a chance of winning. Upon further investigation, I've discovered the form lurking under a different guise - want-to-win.com. Just a word of caution to everyone! S.A.D.

I received a rather peculiar message regarding a so-called recent phone survey, which is utterly misleading. If a number is unfamiliar to me, I simply choose to disregard it. Cheers, Mike

I recently received a message from this number (Viva la voucher) urging me to reply with the word VOUCHER. I’m so pleased I took a moment to look it up here because it’s clearly some sort of scam.

Complete fraudsters, by the sounds of it! I’ve been inundated with nuisance calls and texts from these shady characters. Luckily, I stumbled upon this website beforehand, which deterred me from responding, as that would surely have cost me a pretty penny! Honestly, I had no intention of replying to their voucher nonsense - I was tempted to send something quite colourful in return, given how fed up I am with their constant harassment. It’s infuriating to think they have my first name and mobile number; no idea how they’ve managed to dig that up! I’ve just gone ahead and blocked their number and wiped those messages clean - a right pain, but it’s the best approach, really! Cheers for the heads up! xx

I've been bombarded with numerous texts from Viva La Voucher, and it’s costing me a whopping £2 for each one! After reaching out to my mobile provider, they informed me that all of these messages are coming from the number 700044139, which ties back to 03447451791. I've made attempts to get in touch with them, but it's just an endless loop of automated responses. It feels utterly futile to keep trying!

Like so many others, I've recently been the recipient of a dodgy text about a survey I've never taken. It seems the catalyst for this influx of spammy nonsense is that I foolishly engaged with a so-called competition from BA, only to discover it was a total scam. I can only assume I've unwittingly handed over just enough information for these nefarious types to think it’s open season on me, and I’m bracing myself for a barrage of rubbish over the coming weeks. But here’s the crux of the matter, as many have already pointed out: just pretend you didn’t see it and move on!

Received a message from this number earlier today claiming I’d finished an online survey. It suggested I reply to claim some sort of reward or whatever. I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but there’s no chance I’m falling for that!

I've experienced something very similar. Three has been deducting £18 from my account monthly for a subscription I never signed up for. I lodged a complaint with them and escalated it to the regulator. Thankfully, I managed to get a full refund along with £75 in compensation. It was clear they were turning a blind eye to the scam happening right under their noses.

Be wary of responding to these dodgy characters via text or call, as it could lead to costly premium rates. It's advisable to contact your network provider at no expense to get those third-party messages blocked. Make it a habit to scrutinise your bills regularly!

I sent a "stop" message to the number 60447, and shortly after, I received a reply confirming my unsubscription. I recommend you try it out!

I received a rather peculiar text today asking me to send a voucher. I must admit, I fell for it and complied. Shortly after, I got a response stating they would be charging me £2 every month. I've already sent a cancellation message, but fingers crossed it does the trick!

I’m baffled as to how these callers manage to bypass the telephone preference service when both of my devices are registered. It's really quite annoying to still receive these unsolicited calls!

I just got a message expressing gratitude for my participation in a phone survey, along with a request to ring back for voucher confirmation. The thing is, I’ve not taken part in any such surveys at all, so I'm steering clear of that call. Does anyone happen to know if there’s a preference service for mobile numbers?

A text just popped up on my phone, requesting that I reply with the word "Voucher" to verify my number. I've got no clue who this company is and definitely want nothing to do with them! I've seen numerous folks flagging this as a scam too. What’s the best way to block this number from bothering me?

I've received two messages from them now, claiming that I've participated in a survey with them. Thankfully, I’m wise enough not to fall for their ploy by calling back; I simply delete the texts. They really are a bother!

I would like to request that my name be taken off your subscription list. I vaguely remember agreeing to this fee initially, but I no longer wish to be part of it. Please cancel my subscription right away and process a refund at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Hello there,

I've just discovered that I've been hit with a weekly charge of £1.667 without even clocking it! At some point, I've likely filled out a survey or consented to some sort of offer without realising I’d unwittingly signed up for this dodgy scheme. I get their texts every week and just toss them in the bin, assuming they’re simply spam. It was only when I was sorting out my phone contract and questioned this charge that they seemed to know exactly what I was on about. What a racket! It may only add up to £6.68 a month, but as a pensioner, every penny counts. I can't help but wonder how many millions they’re pocketing from unsuspecting folks like me. It’s truly disgraceful! I’m left pondering whether it’s worth my while to ask for a refund.

I can totally relate, this has happened to me twice now. They've charged me for something I never signed up for. It went on for months, and they were supposed to refund me £79, but I only received £20 back. After a break of a couple of months, they've started the whole thing up again. I'm absolutely livid about it and am seriously considering what to do next. It’s left me feeling utterly frustrated!

It seems this situation is never-ending! My last bit of contact was back on the 25th of November, 2016. I’m hesitant to send any further messages since I've barely got any credit left. Fat chance, considering some dodgy firm has already drained a total of £16 from my account. Quite baffling how they manage to get away with it through O2, don’t you think? I was considering switching my number to Three, but would that mean they'd still be able to siphon off my cash thereafter?

Absolutely, it’s dodgy business! I think I accidentally enrolled in some sort of text voucher scheme that charges £2 weekly, all while trying to enter a competition online. So, I sent a message saying STOP to 60447, and I received a confirmation that I was unsubscribed. Fingers crossed that’s put an end to it!

I recently partook in a survey, ensuring that I left the box for vouchers unticked. Imagine my surprise when a message popped up, informing me that I'd unknowingly signed up for something called Viva La Voucher, with a charge of £2 weekly! I was instructed to text 'Stop' to 60447 or ring their helpline at 03447451791, but I had no luck. To make matters worse, they even nicked 8p for the texts they bombarded me with. This is undeniably a scam! I strongly advise anyone in a similar situation to reach out to their mobile provider and get these sneaky charges blocked without delay.

I've just had a text come through from vivalavoucher, and I suspect it's a dodgy outfit that preys on people's wallets. My daughter innocently clicked on a link and ended up sharing my information. What steps can I take to prevent any more of these unwanted messages from coming my way?

Absolutely shocking experience! I sincerely hope my mobile provider has now put a stop to this nonsense. I tried to send a "STOP" message to 60447, but it never went through - did that twice! And when I rang 03447451791, I was met with a pre-recorded message promising someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It all kicked off with a seemingly innocent survey about a VW Golf. After that, I received a text asking me to reply with "VOUCHER," and suddenly I was bombarded with messages claiming this 'service' would set me back £2.00 a week. It’s a downright disgraceful scam, and I really think the proper authorities need to step in, not to mention pursuing criminal charges against these charlatans!
