The situation worsened when their staff displayed rudeness by accusing me of being dishonest, which led to a heated exchange where I terminated the call. It's best to avoid engaging with them, as they seem to take pleasure in harassing individuals and have little regard for abiding by the law. It's a shame that both British Gas and their counterparts in this debt collection agency target vulnerable and honest people. Their conduct reflects poorly on their directors and business model, which they should be deeply ashamed of.

What a bunch of imbeciles! They keep calling repeatedly, and every time you pick up, they insist on returning the call. I highly doubt that's a good idea. They'll most likely charge an outrageous £1 per minute! Their constant calling and texting is becoming quite tiresome. I believe it's time for a phone number change.

Even though I never used BT Sport after switching, I am now receiving unpleasant calls from CDUK concerning a supposed outstanding balance for BT's services. In reality, once BT disconnected from my address, all other related charges should have been terminated as well. Therefore, I have no intentions of paying them a single penny.
