It showed up as Virgin but I’m pretty sure that’s wrong. The number actually belongs to Antillis, the hire company Direct Kine uses when dealing with accident claims.

I called Direct Line and they got in touch with the garage, who then rang me back to sort out a day for collecting our car and dropping off the hire car.
