Honestly, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company. About four months back, I was in a no-fault accident. My insurance company handed my claim off to Auxils, and since then it's been one stress after another. A few weeks ago, I decided to call Auxils to see if there was any progress on my claim. They told me they were still waiting on the third party to pay up. I asked straight if there was any issue or dispute because it was dragging on, and they assured me the other side had admitted fault, so it was just a matter of waiting for my payment to come through.

Had an accident recently and these guys made things so much easier, quick and efficient service for sure. The team really knows their stuff and were pretty helpful throughout. Definitely one less stress on my plate now. I’d recommend them without a doubt.

once in a while, i let the caller run through their whole spiel, then i tell them in the nicest, most understanding tone i can manage: i get it, times are hard and you need the cash. we’ve all had to take crappy jobs just to get by at some point. but honestly, is this what brings you joy? do you go to sleep thinking “yeah, i actually helped someone today”? or jump out of bed excited to start again? you’ve got to be able to find something better than this.
