I received a rather dodgy email claiming to be from Debenhams' Bury branch, concerning some items I apparently purchased there. The only hiccup? I've never even been near that part of the country! They also included the number 08445616161, so I’d advise everyone to steer clear of both these contacts. ⚠️

We have a call announcement set up, but they just hung up after a couple of seconds without saying who they were or leaving any message. We were waiting for a call about a parcel mix-up; it seems our package had someone else’s order inside, and maybe that person’s parcel ended up with us.

I had a bit of trouble with Debenhams but I gotta say, they really stick to their policies and try hard to keep their customers happy. If you've got any questions or problems, you can get in touch with them by phone, email, or even online. The best thing is you can always just pop into a Debenhams store and have a chat with the manager about whatever’s bothering you. They seem pretty keen to sort things out quickly.
