I called this number a couple of times today and ended up waiting more than 40 minutes each go. It’s charging me 13p a minute, which is pretty rubbish since no one even picks up! I’m a paying customer, so surely it shouldn’t cost me a thing. Proper annoyed about this. Had to give up again now cause I’ve got other stuff to sort out.

Zanussi asked me to call this number to sign up a product, but something feels off about it... seems like it could be a scam to me.
