So Ics get hired by energy firms to pressure folks into coughing up more than they should. I had a setup with Scottish Power to pay £50 each month, fixed for a year, and I kept up with all payments on time. Once the year was up, I switched over, but now they want me to pay extra money that was never in the deal. I’m not having it. I agreed to pay what was arranged, not a penny more, and I’m standing firm on that.
