I really don't think I'm waiting on any parcels though, but since I do order quite a bit online, who knows? This number really belongs to DHL, they're just trying to let you know about the import taxes and charges due for your parcel coming from abroad. You settle the payment afterwards on their official site. You can't really dodge these fees. Was expecting a package from Singapore with some albums from a favourite band, due on Monday 1st December via DHL. Even though I'd already paid online, I was hit with a £108.84 customs charge. Later at around 4:41pm, my phone rang but I didn’t pick up since I rarely answer unknown numbers. Then I got another call from a woman speaking with a thick accent - I wasn’t sure where she was from. She told me I had to pay the tax before they'd release the delivery, otherwise I wouldn’t get my parcel. Not sure if it’s legit or not, so just watch out if you get calls like that.
