Got about 20 calls all dead silent, then a recording from a woman telling me, “This message was brought to you by Capquest. Please ring us back on…” followed by this very number. Proper annoying and pushy. They act like you owe money or something. Watch out, they’ll prob try and get your bank info and all. Stay clear!

I’ve flagged this number with the Information Commissioner’s Office as they deal with punishing illegal or annoying cold calls. Honestly, it’s worth filing a complaint yourself - the form doesn’t take long and it might stop you wasting time dealing with fake calls.
