Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT working with Talk Talk. They told me my internet was slow because of some issue (which was actually right). Then the lady asked me to open my laptop so she could guide me step-by-step to sort it out!! No way I’m doing that! I ended up telling Talk Talk about it.

These people keep ringing me up claiming they sort out Wills and Testaments. Every time the phone rings, it screws my home line up and ends up on hold. I spoke to them once and made it clear I wasn’t interested, yet they just keep phoning back.

Had no clue who it was so I didn’t pick up. Later checked and realised this number tried to ring me. No voicemail or anything left. Could be some kind of scam or maybe those Dream Lodges folks, they use 0333 numbers sometimes.
