Seems like a bunch of con artists, based on what I’ve seen elsewhere. The person on the other end purports to represent O2, various legal firms, or even claims linked to PPI and accidents. The number appears to have been conjured up online, and the accents definitely don't sound local.

I didn’t pick up but they left a voicemail. They never said their name or what company they were from, just some recorded voice telling me to press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 to take my number off their list. Of course, I didn’t press any buttons, figured it might be some new trick to scam people.
