Seems like a scam to me, no one picked up when I called back.

Someone called me saying they were from EE, telling me my contract was ending soon and I needed to upgrade it. Total waste of my time, just a load of rubbish.

This caller said they were from O2 about an upgrade, but I haven’t got an O2 contract at all.

Got two calls from this number since I missed the first one. They left a voicemail, but it was just silence for about 5 seconds with some background noise like a busy call centre. When I tried to ring them back, it wouldn’t go through. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, my mobile provider. They wanted to check if I was happy with my phone and offered an upgrade. When I asked straight up if they really were EE, the reply came back in awful English, "Yes, I am EE." Definitely seemed dodgy to me. Could just be some bloke or a firm trying to sell phones, but it felt more like a scam, probably from a call centre overseas in South Asia or something.

I just ignored it, didn’t bother leaving a voicemail or anything.

Just got one of those scouting scam calls. Picked up but there was nothing on the other end. When I hung up and called back, it wouldn’t connect at all. Typical tactic to see if your number is real and working. Definitely blocking it.

Some bloke called saying he was Rafiq from Vodafone, asked for my DOB to check my identity. I just decided not to provide it.
