Street UK, I can assure you, is legitimate. I personally hold an account with them and have had no issues whatsoever.

I got a call from these so-called debt helpers claiming to be a charity, pushing me to get an IVA sorted for my debts. Total scam, they’re just dodgy lead generators targeting people who are struggling. They say they’re from StepChange but they definitely aren’t. They go by names like Peter Munroe or Frank McCallan and are based somewhere in Manchester. Honestly, report these lot to Action Fraud and make sure you block the numbers they come from.

Got an email claiming there was some dodgy payment made at Argos. Complete nonsense. It was so poorly written, and I didn’t even think twice about calling them to “verify my payment info” - yeah right, like I’m gonna hand over my bank details to some random email.

Got a call from this number just now, claiming I owe some money (which I don't at all). When I asked them how they got my contact and for the caller's name, they suddenly went quiet and then just ended the call. Honestly, if my mum had answered that, she'd have no idea what to do. There really ought to be some rules to stop these companies from ringing people like this!

I let it go to voicemail but then it called me on my cell. It was this horrible robotic American voice talking about owing national debt or whatever. Honestly, I’m not bothered by whatever they’re pitching. No clue who they are but these nonstop calls are driving me mad. Feels like nothing works to make them stop.

That wasn't a proper step change at all! The bloke didn’t even seem to be from the UK - he sounded like he was on the move in a vehicle. I'm rather pleased I did a quick search on the number prior to divulging any personal details!

Beware of these individuals; they’re far from genuine! Posing as a charitable organisation, they deceive kind-hearted folks and swindle their hard-earned cash. It’s truly disheartening to see such dreadful people exploiting the goodwill of others!

This outfit is nothing but a con! They really ought to be shut down posthaste before they can ensnare anyone else. I fell for their tricks earlier today, handed over my details, and it’s left me feeling absolutely dreadful.

I’ve got to say, this outfit is nothing short of a con. They really ought to be put out of business before more unsuspecting folks fall victim to their tricks. I experienced it firsthand today when I foolishly shared my details, and now I’m feeling quite unwell as a result. It’s infuriating!

THIS IS NOT THE REAL STEPCHANGE! It seems to be a dodgy outfit masquerading as the genuine debt charity, likely aiming to coax you into signing up for an IVA. Do yourself a favour and block this number! It’s wise to report them to Action Fraud as well.
