Sorted it out with complaints, was actually a legit number as I was waiting for their call.

when i picked up the phone they already had my full name and said it was next complaints dept, but i’ve never made any complaint to next at all! told them that and then just ended the call! watch out!

i called the number back and it said something like “next complaint resolution team tried to contact you today, we mightve left a message, if not we will ring you again soon”

I received a call from this number, 03337774515, claiming to be an energy company based in Norwich. Isn’t it illegal for companies to make unsolicited calls like that? It seems quite dubious to me.

I'm quite at my wit's end with these relentless sales calls! It’s always the same old drivel - "Hello, we heard you were in an accident?" To which I reply with a faux innocence, "Oh, goodness, when did that happen?" The lengths they go to for a couple of minutes of prattling on before realising I've caught onto their ruse and promptly hanging up! And don’t even get me started on the PPI nonsense; that’s when my patience truly wears thin! Today, I received a cheeky call from 03337774515.

the moment i picked up they chucked me on hold straight away, with a bit of "take that" thrown in. if the hold music had been any good, i might have stayed on the line for more than 3 seconds before nipping off.
