I reached out to NEXT via their online chat, and the confirmation message they sent me about removing my number had 'next' all in lowercase. However, the messages I'm receiving from this dubious source only have 'N' as the title, which seems rather odd. To make matters even stranger, I started getting these texts right after a bunch of random phone calls from postmen who wanted me to let them through the gate.
