The person on the other end is always polite and friendly, and they don’t leave a voicemail if you don’t pick up. I got fed up with flowers turning up damaged and it’s been a real hassle trying to get a refund because of poor quality. They acted like it was a shock that anyone received dead or ruined flowers, and even getting a partial refund when you complain is a struggle. I’m glad to save the cash and just not use their service anymore.
