A lady claimed she was calling from 'Insurrance docters'. There was loads of noise in the background, then she just ended the call.

Got called three times over the past week. Picked up today and they were asking for me but by my old surname from years ago. I told them I wasn’t who they were looking for. They then asked if it was a wrong number or if I wasn’t home. I said wrong name and said goodbye. Felt sketchy right from the start, plus my phone flagged it as possible scam.

This is definitely a SCAM. I picked up, but all I got was a recorded voice saying I’d missed a call from the ‘Insurance Doctor’. Me and my partner both deal with financial crime stuff, so we knew straight away it was dodgy. If you ring back, it might be a premium number or they’ll try to get your personal info. I’ve blocked this number, but I’m sure they’ll pop up again soon with a different one running the same trick.
