So, there's this well-known firm over in Essex, right? They pushed out a Black Friday deal that honestly looked a bit unbelievable. Folks who took it up called this number for boiler servicing and even left voicemails. But none of them got any return calls, turns out the whole phone message system was totally messed up! Proper fault with it, no wonder no one was getting back to them.

This caller totally ripped me off!!!

I think this number’s meant to be for Expert Cover, the company that deals with boiler servicing. The letter I got from them said they’re open for calls on weekdays from 9 in the morning till 5 in the evening. But whenever I ring, it just goes straight to voicemail for EE. It’s a bit dodgy, especially since an older mate ended up handing over £220 for a boiler cover plan, and her bank later reversed the payment because it was flagged as a scam.
