Lowell Debt collectors called me, but they were asking for someone else. They were really rude and acted like I was making things up about my identity! They kept demanding my personal info, which I didn’t give. I told them nicely that I wasn’t going to answer because it wasn’t their error to sort out, plus I’m on the TPS. Then the caller started being abusive. I blocked the number and reported them to TPS straight away.

Got a debt collector from Lowell after me for £75.05 about some Sky bill way back in 2014. Sky said I don't owe anything and that I wasn’t supposed to be passed on to Lowell. Tried getting Lowell to check with Sky but they just won’t do it. Proper pain in the neck!

I reckon it’s Lowell. They ring me loads during the day and every week. I blocked their number on my phone but they still manage to send texts claiming to be from Lowell, so I can’t even find the right number to block. They come from different numbers too. We’ve got a debt management plan with CAP, so the money is already being sorted, but they keep bothering me with calls and letters. It’s proper annoying.

I've told them probably ten times now to quit ringing me. They're after "Samantha Wharton," who apparently has been dodging her debts using a number she's not had for nearly six years. I keep explaining that I’m not the person they want and that I’ve had this number for ages, but they just keep calling. Honestly, if I ever find out who this Samantha is, she’s definitely getting a proper telling off for using someone else’s number to avoid bill collectors. Everyone goes through tough times, but it’s not fair to make others deal with it!

Its a debt collector called Lowell, dont pick up or respond, if you do its like agreeing you owe money. Just bin every letter or call from this rubbish company. Dont speak to them on the phone or reply by post. If you ignore all their messages, you arnt admitting to any debt. They just add loads of extra fees, like £200, for you even replying.
