I got a new BT phone hoping to stop these annoying calls but it’s pointless since they just keep switching the last couple of digits of their number. It seems I've been inundated with calls from this number, and each time it’s the same rigmarole-an automated message requesting names that are completely unfamiliar to me or anyone at this residence. We've resorted to switching on the answer machine, yet they never bother to leave a proper voicemail or reach out in writing. It's utterly frustrating and feels like harassment when these calls come in at such early and late hours, around half seven in the evening or half eight in the morning. We’re simply retired, with no debts or any such trouble! Quite frankly, they ought to have their licence revoked for such intrusive behaviour!
