It’s really just a company reaching out to promote what they offer, I’ve only ever got up to about 3 calls a day from them. They’re just making an effort to connect with folks who might not pick up straight away. Nothing threatening or annoying about it.

So this person said they were ringing about Google ad words but said they weren’t trying to sell anything or ask for money, which sounded a bit odd. Seeing the other comments where people said they pretended to be from Three or other stuff, I’d say this number is probably a scam trying to get your details or cash.

I've been inundated with calls from this number - six a day, even into the evening! It's been relentless for a fortnight now. I’ve taken the step of blocking it, but that hasn’t changed a thing. Finally, I picked up the phone and it turned out to be a PPI pitch using a name I haven't used in three years, so clearly their database is ancient. I told them to take my number off their list, and do you know what the bloke said? “Whatever,” and then he just hung up! Surely there’s something more we can do, as blocking them hasn’t put an end to these annoying calls.
