Got a call about life insurance, told them i was busy at work and couldnt talk. They kept going saying it’d only take a minute and kept pestering with questions, so i just hung up. If I say i’m at work, you should just call back later, not keep pushing. Def looks like a scam. Blocked them. Proper rude!

Got these annoying calls from someone claiming there was an accident, told them to quit ringing but they called the same number again half an hour later trying to sell a mobile contract. Said they were from "02 lies" which isn’t O2 or anything to do with cars. Then they called again the day before, this time saying they were from Lowell Brokers or Summit. Proper fishy!

Picked up the phone and a guy started asking about my HSBC life insurance (I don’t even have one with HSBC). I asked him why he was trying to scam me, since this was the seventh call this week from different numbers all claiming to be HSBC. He got really hostile, shouting down the phone saying it could’ve just been an error and why would I assume it’s a scam. Honestly, with that sort of attitude, it was obvious it was a scam attempt - no legit company would act like that 🙄
