Looks like a scammer, switches between pretending to be from energy companies or insurance agents. They always ask pretty much the same questions, usually about the same people, but sometimes mix it up if they don’t get answers. Even if you say its a wrong number, they keep pushing for more info. Best thing is, don’t say anything or give them personal details. Just hang up and note down the time and number, then report it to the police. If they text you, don’t reply but keep the messages in case the police need them.

Got a call from this number and they asked if I was Derek - obviously not, I’m a woman! I told them they’d dialled the wrong number, but they just said the call was still meant for me. When I pressed 1, a man speaking in a foreign language answered and asked for my name and also the last four digits of my national insurance number.
