When I first joined giffgaff, I was quite impressed, but unfortunately, my enthusiasm has taken a nosedive. It used to be a decent service, but nowadays, it's rather disappointing. I've made the decision to cut ties soon. The moment my balance runs out, they bombard me with calls and leave voicemails that I can’t even access, seeing as they've made it a paid feature now, rather than complimentary. It’s a real letdown to see how much the service has declined. I’m definitely considering chucking my SIM card in the bin.
