At first, Giffgaff was pretty good but now it's just rubbish. I’m about to cancel it because after my credit ran out, they kept ringing me and leaving voice messages. The worst part is, I used to be able to listen to those voicemails for free, but not anymore - they’ve started charging for it. Honestly, Giffgaff has gone downhill, so I’m done with it. Soon I’ll just throw my sim card in the bin.
