Got calls from this number like 6 times, just annoying. Even after I blocked it they still managed to leave me about 5 missed calls and a few messages. If this ring up, dont pick up, and if you accidentally do just hang up & block quick. Seems dodgy to me!

I’ve had my phone set to silent while I catch up on sleep after my night shifts, and for two consecutive nights now, it’s gone off without a peep! There’s been no message left either, which is a bit puzzling. What could be the matter?

Got a call from what sounded like an energy firm - didn’t catch the exact name though. Told the guy I was with another provider, but made up some details. He reckoned he could offer a better deal, but I wasn’t convinced by the figures he threw at me. He tried pushing me to set up a direct debit there and then, but I asked for the details to be emailed over so I could have a proper look. Apparently, that wasn’t possible unless I signed up straight away. So, I told him to jog on and left it there.

This was definitely a scam call. When they asked me security questions, I just made up a random name and address, and they didn’t even blink. Seriously, don’t share anything with these lot. Just block the number straight away.

Honestly had no idea who was calling me, but it was clear from what they said it was a total scam, especially when they asked for my card info. They even rang me again later, but this time a different person answered and already knew my name - gave me proper chills. Don’t pick up if you get a call like this, it’s definitely a scam! I reckon these calls are pretty risky, especially for older folks who might freak out if someone says their card's been used. They might end up handing over their card details just to "sort it out," not realising it’s dodgy.

The person on the line actually knew my name and started asking if I wanted to change my energy supplier. I told them I don’t have any account with one, and they wrote that down. Fingers crossed they don’t ring again.
