These are Lowell debt collectors, I got a voicemail from them. They ring me multiple times daily using loads of different numbers but they all begin with 0300.

Total nuisance and I'm really sick of it. It’s baffling how these companies manage to carry on despite the strict data protection rules nowadays.

So I joked maybe he was predicting I was about to have one, then he just hung up. Not surprised really! I've blocked the number now, lets see if they get the hint.
