This number is definitely a scam. I got a message from 07708 603429 claiming to be from Coop Visa saying they blocked a payment of £2,350 made by someone called Shuzaib Jaffar. They asked me to ring this number if it wasn’t me.

Beware of this number, as it purports to be affiliated with Vodafone. I say "purports" because they are, in reality, con artists whose sole aim is to fleece you of your cash. Received a rather concerning call where the woman on the line surprisingly addressed me by my name. Naturally, I requested to speak with her supervisor, who she referred to as Rupal (not entirely convinced that's correct). I then proceeded to inquire about a GDPR request regarding my personal data. She already had my email, which I confirmed for her. However, after five days, I've yet to receive any information. It’s glaringly evident that it's a scam.

Essentially, they do all the groundwork for Vodafone and are officially on their payroll. The chap I spoke to was quite upfront-he mentioned that they're indeed cold calling and rely on data, which can sometimes be a bit off the mark!
