I received a call from a chap with a foreign accent who purported to be part of the housing maintenance team. He inquired whether I had any issues within my residence. However, as soon as I mentioned that I’m renting rather than owning, he abruptly hung up without providing any further details. Quite odd, really!

Received a call from someone claiming to represent "house disrepair." Got a nagging feeling this might be some sort of scam aimed at fishing for my personal details, like my name and address, for later dodgy dealings. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
