It was definitely a robot, though a decent one, answering based on what I said. They claimed to be from ‘housing’ in response to my call, even though I’ve never phoned anyone about my home. When I asked who they really were, the voice started asking if I’d experienced things like cracks or mould. That’s when I realised something was off, so I ended the call and blocked the number.

Beware of this one, it’s a scam. First, an automated voice called Sarah rang me up about some housing issues, and when you say yes, it shifts you over to a person in a call centre somewhere in India. That’s when they try to rip you off. Just don’t bother, block it straight away.
