I messaged them first, asking who they were cos the number didn’t seem familiar and I thought it might’ve been someone I knew from before. They rang me first, I cut the call straight away, then tried saying “Hello.” They just replied with “ “, so I asked again who they were. They gave me the same answer, so I just blocked the number. Possible Scam Alert! I've received a staggering ten calls from this number. Finally, I picked up during the last attempt. On the other end was an individual masquerading as a representative from 3 Mobile, claiming they had an important update regarding my account. They then had the cheek to request some personal security information. At that point, I decided to end the call-after all, why would they need to verify anything when they had been calling me repeatedly from that number?
