Got a text from this number pretending to be my bank! Said £1420 had been taken from my account and to call their fraud team. I was suspicious right away but called anyway, they asked for my name then my online banking number and card info! Ended the call immediately.

Received a text asking me to confirm a Natwest payment of £2150. Rang the number straight away without a second thought, but it just went to an automated message saying the number wasn't in service. I've saved the number and blocked it now.

I picked up and they said they were from some life insurance review place. Told them to call back and they actually did. They confirmed stuff like what I’m paying and then asked about other quotes I’d got. They then passed me to someone else who didn’t even have my info right and he couldn’t see any of my details on his screen. Seems dodgy, especially if they’re supposed to be from the same company. I’ve blocked the number now, can’t be bothered with these annoying calls anymore.

Got a call from an insurance firm checking if I’d been in any accident and offering assistance with compensation claims. The bloke on the phone was really polite and didn’t try to push me into anything. He was quite considerate and friendly.
