Just got a letter claiming we owe money for parking fines, and it had 'Euro parking' right at the top. Thing is, we don’t have any fines and have never even heard of this company before. Feels a bit dodgy, maybe some kind of scam?

I've been getting nonstop calls from this debt collector called Rossendales about a debt that isn't even mine. They keep phoning me at all times of the day and sending letters threatening to send bailiffs. It's been absolute hell. They seem really pushy and not very polite either. I've had to turn to Citizens Advice for some help because of how bad it's gotten. What's worse, they call from loads of different numbers so it's hard to block them properly.
