Be warned, I got a call from someone claiming to be from O2. They promised me a free phone with credit and said I could get 40% off my bill, but it was a total scam trying to trick me into giving my security details. Stay safe and don’t fall for it!

Someone rang me saying they were from my mobile provider. As soon as I told them that wasn't the case, they just ended the call.

They said they wanted to offer me 40% off my next bill as a 'Covid gesture' - total rubbish. Seemed like they were fishing for my email address. Definitely felt like a scam, wouldn’t trust it.
