I missed a call from the claims team and when they rang back, they were really nice and just wanted to check I was okay, even though nothing had happened. I told them I’d already spoken to someone and I wasn’t injured. Then I heard the bloke mutter “bloody hell” before he ended the call, was a bit surprising!

I got a call from someone pushing me to file a claim for an accident I supposedly had a few months back. I calmly told them I wasn’t hurt and asked them to stop ringing me. The guy didn’t take no for an answer, so I ended the call. Not long after, they phoned again, and I was a lot more blunt, telling them to leave me alone. Then, the bloke started reading out my home address and said something like, “See? I know where you live and I’ll be there when you get back.” Proper creepy.

I received a rather intrusive phone call from them, encouraging me to seek compensation for an injury sustained in an accident that occurred some months back. I calmly informed them that I had not been injured and requested they cease their calls. However, the caller was rather relentless, which led me to cut the conversation short. To my surprise, they rang me back immediately, and this time, I was far less courteous in telling them to leave me alone. Then, the caller shockingly recited my home address, saying, “Look, I know where you live, and I’ll be waiting for you when you get home.”
