I’m absolutely livid about this situation! As someone with a disability, particularly with my sight, I rely on my daughter to help me monitor my bills. She recently discovered that Kinon has been siphoning off £60 from my bank account without my consent. When we contacted O2, they claimed it was a result of me entering a competition, which is completely untrue! The representative was completely unhelpful, brushed me off, and insisted it was out of his hands. It’s shameful and utterly unacceptable!

I've been conned by a company called Xinwin, who claimed I'd participated in a competition costing £4.50 per text. To be honest, I never entered anything like that. They were quite evasive about their location, stating they couldn't disclose where they were based. They mentioned being registered with Companies House, but after looking into it, I'm pretty sure that's not the case.
When I asked about lodging a complaint, they offered to assist but didn’t have any information regarding how many complaints are successful. The entire situation feels very suspect to me. I genuinely think someone needs to take action against this, so I’m planning to reach out to my MP about it.
