I managed to speak to a lady who insisted that I had signed up for this service, which I definitely hadn't. After some back and forth, I got a response to an email I sent, but lo and behold, they’re only offering me a refund of £18.00. They initially charged me £24.00 back in November and have also billed my phone provider an additional £13.71 for December! The refund supposedly takes a staggering 40 days to process - through a text message, mind you! This is absolutely bonkers! They seem dead set on giving me just £18.00. I won’t be holding my breath waiting for that to materialise. I've reported this as fraudulent activity to the police.

I went through the entire questionnaire, and by the time I reached the finish line, I was informed that I'd need to pay £4.50 each week. I decided to opt-out, but instead, they unexpectedly billed me £4.50 just for cancelling! I’ve tried ringing every contact number I could find, but I'm still unable to secure a refund. I tried entering the whole address, but for some reason, it wouldn’t load on my work computer. In the end, I had to switch to my phone, and that did the trick-it directed me right to the form. I find myself agreeing wholeheartedly that it's high time the telecom providers took some responsibility for safeguarding their customers. They seem to have a rather laissez-faire attitude towards the whole matter. I've had my fair share of scams as well, and when I attempted to send a message to 82288, it simply wouldn’t go through. I find myself in the same unfortunate predicament with this outfit, Xinwin, which has cunningly claimed to have ties to Lidl. I've shot them a message to stop contacting me at 88227, yet miraculously, like others it appears, I can't seem to locate a site for a potential refund. The individual behind this operation seems to be cleverly exploiting fine print to siphon off money from unsuspecting folks, undoubtedly laughing all the way to the bank whilst skirting the edges of legality?????? It's rather galling, and I genuinely believe that supermarkets ought to exercise better judgement. I'm planning to reach out to Lidl and might even escalate this matter to my local MP.

I find myself in quite an irksome situation, having been billed £140 by this company for a service I never even signed up for. When I rang them to express my discontent, they simply instructed me to visit their website, which was completely unresponsive. So, I decided to raise a complaint with OFCOM, but alas, they couldn't assist me either. Then, I reached out to Payphoneplus, but they left me hanging on the line, only to suggest I request a refund from Xinwin. I made it clear that I had no intention of engaging with a company I perceive as dodgy. My goal is to alert others about their dubious practices rather than file a complaint them directly. I must say, I’ve fallen victim to this dubious outfit, Xinwin, which claimed to be affiliated with Lidl. I’ve sent a message to 88227 instructing them to cease contact, yet, like others, I’ve struggled to locate any sort of web portal for claiming a refund. It appears the individual behind this venture is playing a clever game with the fine print to extract money from unsuspecting individuals, and they're clearly reaping considerable profits. They seem to be skirting just enough on the edges of legality to escape consequences. It's disappointing that supermarkets should be associating with such practices. I’ve also fallen victim to a scam since April. The number belongs to either XWIN.CO.UK or XIENQUIRE.XINWIN.CO.UK, which are operated by the same dubious outfit. They incessantly ring me, only to abruptly disconnect the call, trying to lure me into ringing them back on their premium rate line, thus pocketing a tidy sum from unsuspecting souls like myself! There’s a growing mountain of complaints against this outfit, surely it’s time for the regulators to step in. The chap behind it all is listed as Brad Stevens, residing at 10 Priory Avenue, Northwich, CW9 8UA, and it seems he’s overdue for a visit from the authorities!

I've been grappling with an alarming situation concerning my mobile number, 07795 230651. Since September of last year, I've racked up charges exceeding £180 for nuisance messages that I explicitly attempted to unsubscribe from.
